2. Delivery territories and restrictions
Delivery is offered only to countries, regions and postal codes available at checkout. If an address or method is not displayed, automatic delivery is not offered. You may ask about an individual solution, but an enquiry does not oblige the Seller to accept delivery.
Some islands, remote regions, restricted zones and addresses outside the EU customs or VAT territory may have additional conditions. Where import VAT, customs duty, brokerage or other mandatory charges may apply, the checkout or individual offer states whether they are included or how they are calculated.
3. Methods and price
Available methods may include parcel locker, collection point, courier, home delivery, pallet or freight delivery. The exact method, service level and price are shown before ordering. Free-delivery promotions apply only under their stated conditions. Assembly, unpacking, carrying inside and removal of packaging are not included unless expressly selected.
4. Delivery times
Product pages and checkout show estimated dispatch or delivery times. If no different time is agreed, goods are delivered within the mandatory legal period. An estimate is not a guaranteed appointment unless expressly confirmed as such.
The period may depend on stock, payment confirmation, the carrier and the Buyer supplying complete details. The Seller informs the Buyer of a material delay. Consumer remedies for late delivery, including setting an appropriate additional period and terminating where statutory conditions are met, remain unaffected.
5. Separate shipments
An Order may be split into several shipments where items are stored in different locations or this reasonably speeds delivery. The Buyer is not charged an additional delivery fee solely because the Seller splits the shipment, unless separately agreed.
6. Large and heavy goods
The Buyer must check packaged dimensions, access roads, gates, stairways, lifts, doorways and floor load before ordering. Standard freight delivery may be to the kerbside or another safely accessible point. Carrying indoors, lifting, assembly or special equipment is provided only if expressly described.
If safe delivery is impossible because access information was incorrect or obstacles were not disclosed, the Buyer may be charged documented and reasonable direct costs of redelivery, return, storage, additional staff or special equipment to the extent permitted by law.
7. Buyer responsibilities
Provide an accurate address, postal code, telephone number, recipient name and any necessary access information. Be available during an agreed delivery window, follow reasonable carrier instructions and arrange an authorised adult recipient where required.
8. Failed delivery and storage
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the Buyer, the Seller may agree redelivery and request reimbursement of documented, reasonable direct redelivery, return or storage costs. Parcel-locker and collection-point storage periods are stated in the collection notice. An uncollected parcel may be returned to the Seller.
A failed delivery does not automatically cancel the Contract. The Seller will contact the Buyer about redelivery, collection or termination in accordance with applicable law.
9. Receipt and inspection
At receipt, check the number of packages and visible condition. If possible, record visible damage or shortage with the carrier and photograph the packaging before opening. Report damage, missing goods or a wrong item as soon as reasonably possible to [email protected].
Signing without a note does not remove mandatory consumer rights, and failure to photograph damage does not by itself defeat a valid claim. Retain the packaging where reasonably necessary for inspection or safe return.
10. Transfer of risk
For a Consumer, risk passes when the Consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession. If the Consumer independently contracts a carrier that was not proposed by the Seller, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by law. Ownership may remain with the Seller until full payment.
11. Delay, loss and non-delivery
Contact the Seller if tracking has not changed or the promised period has passed. The Seller investigates with the carrier; the Buyer is not required to resolve a lost-shipment claim directly with the carrier. If delivery cannot be completed, the Seller offers the remedy required by law, which may include replacement or refund.
12. Changes and contact
The Seller may change delivery services and general rates for future Orders. An accepted Order is affected only by changes agreed with the Buyer or required by law. For delivery assistance, email [email protected] or call +370 632 51053.
