Claresa NEON 13 is a neon blue hybrid nail polish for long-lasting nail painting and colorful manicures.

The polish is easy to apply and covers nails evenly. It is used with the Claresa hybrid polish base and top coat, and cured in a UV or LED lamp. The color can be maintained for up to 21 days.
