Adjustable height power tower for upper body training at home. Steel frame, pull-up bar, handles and supports allow you to perform pull-ups, push-ups and other exercises.

The height can be adjusted in seven levels, with 8 cm between the holes. The back and elbow pads are padded, and four suction cups on the base help keep the trainer in place. Assembly required.
