Olympic weight plates, 2 × 10 kg, Ø 32 × 4.5 cm

Olympic weight plates are designed for strength training and are used with standard 5 cm diameter barbells. The set includes two 10 kg plates, which can be used without a barbell by holding the integrated handles.
