Plyometric box, 3 heights, Black, 40.5 × 35.5 × 30.5 cm

The plyometric box is designed for functional training and jumping exercises at home, in the office or in the gym. The box can be used in three positions, so its heights are 40.5 cm, 35.5 cm and 30.5 cm.

The box is made of 1.8 cm thick beech wood. Integrated handles are for carrying. The product is delivered assembled, so additional assembly is not required. The construction uses a jigsaw system and internal reinforcements.
