Adjustable training bench designed to train the muscles of the chest, shoulders, back and arms. The backrest has six positions, and the seat - three, so you can choose different training angles. The bench has artificial leather padding and weight plate holders.

Steel storage tubes under the seat are designed for weight plates up to 30 kg. Elbow and ankle protectors have seven and four adjustment levels, respectively. The steel frame supports a total user and weight load of up to 150 kg. Non-slip feet are part of the construction.
