Dumbbell and barbell set, 20 kg

Adjustable weight dumbbell set for strength training at home, in the office or in the gym. The dumbbells can be connected to a barbell, so the set has two use configurations.

The set includes four 2 kg, four 1.5 kg and four 1.25 kg weight plates, two dumbbell bars, one connecting bar and four locking nuts. The plates are filled with sand and covered with HDPE plastic. The maximum specified weight is 20 kg.
