Adjustable dumbbell and barbell set LACESTONE, 20 kg

The LACESTONE adjustable dumbbell and barbell set is designed for training various muscle groups at home. The weight can be changed according to an individual training plan, and the included switch allows you to connect the dumbbells to a barbell.

The set includes two dumbbell bars with non-slip ergonomic handles, weight plates and screw-on star clamps. The clamps are designed to securely fix the plates on the handles. The weights are made of plastic discs with concrete filling, the bars are made of hard plastic, and the switch is made of hard plastic with foam padding.
